Question:
I have a 2006 Dodge Durango Limited with a 5.7 Hemi engine. I want to replace the factory shocks with a better high performance shock that will handle well and drive more comfortably with fully loaded passengers. What shock do you recommend. Thanks in advance.
Answer:
More about ‘ride’ is mention on our website here - http://www.shockwarehouse.com/site/shock_absorber_myths.cfm For performance, we recommend a monotube high pressure gas design.More about the various designs is mentioned here -http://www.shockwarehouse.com/site/glossary.cfm Comparisn chart - http://www.shockwarehouse.com/news/scale.cfm If the Durango is primarily used for passengers (instead of a work vehicle), you would probably like the valving in the Edelbrock over the other monotube choices. The IAS is very sensative. Online catalog - http://www.shockwarehouse.com/index.cfm?mode=make&type=T
