Mar 19th, 2008 by tom
Question:
I get a lot of suspension rattle when going over bumps, it is much worse in front, I have added a strut support, it did help a little. I want a better ride and less rattle. please reccommend.
thanks.
Answer:
You want to check with a local mechanic for the rattle, that’s really can’t be diagnosed over the net / phone.
You want someone to visually inspect the vehicle and get their hands on it.
More about ride is mention on our website here – http://www.shockwarehouse.com/site/shock_absorber_myths.cfm
If you need to change the units as the old ones are worn out, the Monroe Sensatracs and KYB GR2s are a twin tube low pressure unit, similar to the Ford OE design.
