Vehicle Setup: 4 Wheel Drive
Suspension Type: Regular Shocks or Struts

Additional Comments: I have a crew cab 2500HD 6.6L diesel
I would like the truck to handle better yet be able to tow a full load with trailer and snowplow. Also if you could suggest some adjustable performance shock as well. Thank you

Answer: For the load(s) I would recommend using Air Lift products 52212 Airlift Air Spring for 2002 Chevy Silverado 2500 for the front, and 52202 Airlift Air Spring for 2002 Chevy Silverado for the rear. These will allow you to keep the truck at the appropriate height whilst either towing a trailer in the rear, or using a snow plow up front.

The shocks I would recommend are the Bilstein Heavy Duty shocks, but if you’re looking for an adjustable shocks you can go with the Rancho RS9000X Series. Those shocks can be seen on our website by clicking on the link below.

Question: Is there not an air shock made for this truck (rear). I can not find one.

Answer: No there is not an air shock for the 2006 Dodge Ram 2500, But we do carry airlift air spring kits, which work in a similar way to air shocks, but are much better because when the spring is deflates you still have your normal rear shocks to give you a safe comfortable ride.

There are two different air spring kits available for the 2006 Dodge Ram 2500 4×4, if your truck is not used to carry excessively heavy loads, I would recommend the Airlift Ride Control Air Spring kit here that will give you 2,000 lbs of extra load capacity,
2006 Dodge Ram 2500 4×4 Airlift Ride Control Air Spring

If you carry a lot of weight, the Airlift Super Duty is the right choice, it adds 5,000 lbs of extra carrying capacity.

1995 E250 class B econoline van motor home by coachman, not a dual wheel, 351 motor. the front end sag i need a heavy duty shock to help it from sagging so much plz help thanx

The best choice for eliminating front end sag is not shocks, while shocks
are capable in many cases of giving you extra support, a much better
solution to your problem would be an airlift 1000 kit, which is an airbag
that works along with your factory springs to support the front of your van.
You can air up the airlift kit like a traditional airshock by using any air
compressor. You can see that part here:

Answer: Unfortunately, there are no Air Shocks for your Honda Civic, but Monroe does offer a variety of parts for your application, as well as KYB, and Bilstein. Now, Airlift makes a full air strut suspension for your vehicle with 9-way adjustable dampening. To see the list of parts that we offer for your application you can click on the link I have provided below.

Model: Dodge RAM 2500 HD
Year: 2006
What is your driving style: Normal Driver
Vehicle Setup: Rear Wheel Drive
Suspension Type: Regular Shocks or Struts

Question: 4 door Crew Cab 2500 with tow package. Cummins diesel 5.9L Want to tow 5th wheel trailer (gtwr of 14,000 lbs). Probably will need helper springs and air shocks or whatever you recommend. Have used Rancho stuff on my Jeep and worked well. Any help or advise will be appreciated. I want good stuff, not looking to save a buck.

Answer: The best shocks for towing with your truck are the Bilstein Heavy Duty, they’re specifically valved to give you more control over your truck and trailer, particularly while at highway speeds or on rough roads . You can see those here:
Front -
http://www.shockwarehouse.com/site/product.cfm/id/278037/name/F4-BE5-C603-H0-Bilstein-Dodge-Ram-Truck
Rear -
http://www.shockwarehouse.com/site/product.cfm/id/274572/name/F4-BE5-C605-HO-Bilstein-Dodge-Ram-Truck
If you’re worried about the truck sagging under the load of your trailer, your best bet will be an Airlift Superduty air spring kit, which is
adjustable for up to 5,000 lbs of extra load carrying support. You can see that here:
http://www.shockwarehouse.com/site/product.cfm/id/288117/name/57297-Airlift-Super-Duty-Air-Spring-Kit-Dodge-Ram-Truck

Model: Jeep Liberty
Year: 2002
Chassis Designation: 4×4
What is your driving style: Normal Driver
Vehicle Setup: Four Wheel Drive
Suspension Type: Regular Shocks or Struts

Question: Hi- I have a 2002 Jeep Liberty Renegade 6 cyl. & tow either a camper or boat- 3,000 or 4,000 lbs. The shocks need replacing & I want heavier support in the raar, as it sags. I drive off road once in a while, but not enough to want a lift kit. What do you recommend that isn’t too expensive??

Answer: The best shocks we have for your Liberty are the Bilstein Heavy Dutys, they are high pressure monotube shocks and are specifically valved to give you more control for towing or light offroading. You can see those here:
Front -
http://www.shockwarehouse.com/site/product.cfm/id/485131/name/F4-BE5-D916-HO-Bilstein-Dodge-Nitro-and-Jeep-Liberty
Rear -
http://www.shockwarehouse.com/site/product.cfm/id/485135/name/F4-BE5-D917-HO-Bilstein-Dodge-Nitro-and-Jeep-Liberty
If your Liberty is sagging under the load of your trailer, the best way to fix this is with an air spring system. We have an Airlift 1000 air spring that will give you about 1,000 extra pounds of leveling support, and the great part of an air spring is that when you aren’t towing or hauling a heavy load, you can deflate it and it won’t affect your ride quality at all.
You can see that here:
http://www.shockwarehouse.com/site/product.cfm/id/288273/name/60777-Air-Lift-1000-Air-Spring-Kit-Jeep-Liberty

The Bilsteins are a heavy duty shock, so they will be stiffer than the Monroes, but will give you more control over the RV, especially at highway speeds and on rough roads. The parts we have equivalent to your Monroes are the F4-BE5-B402-H0 in the front and F4-BE5-B403-H0. Those parts and the Monroes you have right now aren’t designed for the 2002 Endeavor chassis, they are only recommended for 2004+ roadmaster shassis with 8 airbags, but if the Monroes are working for you, the Bilsteins will fit.
You can see all of those parts here:
Question:

I am looking for some heavy duty load leveling shocks. I carry tools in the rear of my vehicle all the time.

Answer:

We don’t have any shocks designed to carry a load for your Grand Cherokee, but we do carry an airlift 1000 air spring kit that will give you about 1,000 lbs of extra carrying capacity. The airbag kit is better than a traditional air shock or a load leveling shock because it doesn’t put extra stress on the shock mounts. The airlift 1000 comes with a lifetime warranty and is easy to install, you can view the isntallation instructions here:

Question:

Would Like to find air shocks for rear to level out when hauling wheeler. Thanks.

Answer:

None of the companies we work with makes an airshock for your truck, but we do have a couple products by airlift that are actually better than airshocks. Air shocks put a lot of stress on the shock mounts, which aren’t designed to hold the truck up.

We have an airlift air cell and an air spring kit both designed to keep your truck from sagging under heavy loads. The air cell is basically a heavy duty air bladder that doesn’t need to be adjusted and will add extra support when the truck starts to sag.

The Airlift Air Spring kit is adjustable just like an airshock, you can use any external compressor, or purchase an onboard compressor from us if you’d like to adjust on the fly. The benefit of the air spring is that when you aren’t towing or hauling, it won’t affect your truck’s ride at all, since you can just deflate it.
You can see those here:
